Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026 · Effective date: 14 July 2026
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Course Unbox when you enroll in a program, use this website, or engage our services. They explain who can enroll, how fees and EMI work, what our certificates and placement assistance do and do not promise, how refunds work, and the rules everyone agrees to follow. By enrolling or using this site, you accept these terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, before you pay.
The short version
- Enrolling means you accept these terms and our Refund Policy.
- Fees are payable as agreed at enrollment. EMI and scholarships, where offered, have their own conditions.
- You get an industry-recognised Course Unbox training certificate on completing your program’s requirements.
- Placement assistance means we support your job search. It is support, not a guaranteed job, unless a specific written guarantee is signed with you.
- Course materials are ours. You may use them to learn, not to resell or redistribute.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy: full refund within 7 days of enrollment.
1. About these terms
Course Unbox (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and delivers training programs online and from our centre at Basement 1, Sandesh Tower, C-56/31, C Block, Phase-2, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. “You” means anyone who enrolls in a program, submits an enquiry, or uses this site.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement by reference. If a signed enrollment agreement or program-specific document conflicts with these terms, the signed document governs for that program.
2. Eligibility and enrollment
- Programs are intended for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may enroll only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- All programs are offered at beginner to advanced level. No specific prior qualification is required unless a program page states otherwise.
- You agree that the information you give at enquiry and enrollment (name, contact details, occupation, background and any documents) is accurate and current.
- Enrollment is confirmed when we accept your application and you complete the required payment or the first EMI installment as agreed. Seats per batch are limited, and enrollment is subject to availability.
3. Programs, delivery and changes
- Modes: every program is available online and offline at the Noida centre. You choose your mode at enrollment.
- Format: programs include live mentor-led classes, real projects and case studies, and access to study resources. Durations range from 2 to 6 months depending on the program.
- Schedules: batch dates, timings and the class calendar are shared before your batch begins. We may reasonably adjust schedules, mentors, or the delivery platform, and will give notice of material changes.
- Curriculum updates: our fields change quickly, especially marketing, AI and cybersecurity. We may update curriculum content to keep it current. The learning outcomes of your program will not be materially reduced by such updates.
- Access:we provide access to your program’s study resources for the period described for that program at enrollment.
4. Fees, EMI and payments
- Program fees are the amounts agreed at enrollment. Published starting fees range from ₹16,000 to ₹75,000 onwards depending on the program, and the exact fee for your program and batch is confirmed during counselling and at enrollment. See Courses for the published starting fees.
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees, and applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
- EMI: where EMI is offered, it is subject to the terms of the EMI or financing provider and any eligibility checks they run. Missing an installment may affect your access to the program and may have consequences set by the provider.
- Scholarships and discounts: where offered, these have their own eligibility conditions communicated at the time and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or UPI details.
- You are responsible for paying agreed fees in full and on time to keep your enrollment active.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You may request a full refund of fees paid within 7 days of enrollment. After 7 days from enrollment, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us in writing at support@courseunbox.com within the 7-day window, and we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The 7 days run from the date of enrollment, which is the date we confirm your admission and you complete the required payment or first EMI installment.
This section is our refund commitment for program fees. The full detail, including EMI, scholarship and guarantee cases, is set out in our Refund Policy, and the two are read together. The 7-day window governs.
6. Certificates
On completing your program’s requirements, including attendance, projects and any assessments, you receive an industry-recognised Course Unbox training certificate. Completion requirements are shared at the start of your program. A certificate confirms that you completed the Course Unbox program; it is not a government degree or a university qualification, and it does not by itself guarantee employment.
Where a program prepares you for an external certification, that exam and certificate are issued by the third party that owns it, on their terms and at their fees, and not by Course Unbox.
7. Placement assistance and internship
Course Unbox guarantees placement assistance to every enrolled learner. This means we guarantee to provide the support: resume building, interview preparation, introductions to employers in our hiring-partner network, and, if you opt in, sharing your professional profile with those employers as described in our Privacy Policy. Placement assistance is a guarantee of support throughout your job search. The specific job, employer, salary and timeline depend on your performance, participation and the market, and are not themselves guaranteed unless stated in a separate signed agreement.
For learners enrolled in our 10-month program, Course Unbox additionally guarantees a paid internship, provided you complete the program and maintain the minimum attendance and completion requirements set out in your signed enrollment agreement for that program. To qualify, you must finish all program requirements, including projects and assessments, meet the attendance requirement, and participate in the internship placement process we run. If you meet these conditions and we are unable to provide a paid internship, we will continue to run the internship placement process for you, at no further cost, until a paid internship is secured. This internship guarantee applies only to the 10-month program and not to the 2 to 6 month programs, whose learners receive the guaranteed placement assistance described above.
Any placement figures we publish, such as a placement rate, describe past outcomes across learners who met the eligibility and participation conditions, and are not a promise of your individual result.
8. Your responsibilities and code of conduct
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Attend and participate in good faith, and complete the required projects and assessments.
- Keep your login credentials and access to class links private, and not share paid course access with anyone.
- Treat mentors, staff and fellow learners with respect, in class and in community channels such as WhatsApp groups.
- Not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our classes, recordings, materials or projects without our written permission.
- Not use our services for anything unlawful, and, for hands-on subjects such as cybersecurity, use those skills only lawfully and ethically on systems you are authorised to test.
We may suspend or terminate your enrollment, without refund beyond what the Refund Policy allows, if you seriously or repeatedly breach this code of conduct, share paid access, or act unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
All course content, curriculum, recordings, project briefs, decks, the Course Unbox name and logo, and this website’s content are owned by Course Unbox or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the materials for your own learning during and after your program as provided. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, or use them to build a competing training offering.
Any work or project you create during the program remains yours, though you grant us permission to reference anonymised or aggregated examples for teaching and marketing unless you object in writing.
10. Testimonials and marketing
If you provide a testimonial, photo or video, or appear in our photo gallery or YouTube content, you grant us permission to use that material in our marketing, and you can withdraw future use by writing to us as described in our Privacy Policy. We only publish identifiable material with your consent.
11. Third-party tools and platforms
Programs use third-party tools and platforms, which may include class-delivery software, the industry tools taught in the curriculum, WhatsApp, and analytics. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to those terms. We are not responsible for third-party tools’ availability or actions.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide our programs and this website with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce a specific career, income or exam result. Outcomes depend on your effort, participation and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a program or this website is limited to the fees you paid us for that program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost earnings or opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to your payment obligations and the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay agreed fees, or act unlawfully. On termination, the clauses that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution, continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before any formal action, we ask you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Subject to your non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes take effect after we post them or notify you. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms. The version that applied when you enrolled governs your program unless a change is required by law.
