1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Enrolment & fees

  • Programme fees, duration and inclusions are described on the relevant course page and confirmed at the time of enrolment.
  • Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule (including any EMI plan) to retain access to the programme.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Use of course materials

All course content, curricula, recordings, brand assets and materials are the intellectual property of Course Unbox and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share them without our written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others or of Course Unbox.

5. Placement & outcomes

We provide placement support — including training, portfolio guidance and interview opportunities. Unless a specific written guarantee is provided in your enrolment agreement, we do not guarantee employment, a particular salary or a specific outcome, as these depend on individual performance and market conditions.

6. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Course Unbox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
